My condo is located in beautiful San Jose del Cabo in the state of Baja California, South, Mexico. The complex itself is called Laguna Vista and my unit is #13. San Jose is a small town that is very quiet and sleepy most of the year. The town is adjacent to a large arroyo and estuary and very near to many beautiful white sand beaches. The high-energy town of Cabo San Lucas is about 20 kilometers to the West.
The condo is a two-level, 2BR, 2BA condo and is normally configured to be rented as a 1 BR upstairs unit. The downstairs is the owners quarters and as such has personal items stored there. Arrangements can be made , if desired, for both units to be available. Furnishings are quite comfortable and include a queen bed in the separate bedroom with it’s own a/c unit, and a sofa/futon bed and separate sofa and chair in the living room.
The kitchen is complete with cookware and dishes. Satellite TV and VCR are also provided. The view is of a palm lined estuary and further to Punta Gorda.
The complex has a large pool and lounge area. A small strip mall in front of the complex includes a bank with ATM, bakery with Internet access, a laundry facility, and several nice restaurants.
